· update the training catalogue for company
· collecting annual training needs from employee dialogue system, analyze and organize the annual training plan.
· according to the training needs, seek suppliers and coordinate to ensure quality and purchasing process follow the requirement of vwatd
· organization, coordination and evaluation, follow up of yearly training activities
· data collection and type into the sap system
· prepare monthly training report
· control the training application process
· training agreement creation and management budget: set and control training budget
· sap hr te/pd module：as the key users to design the functions and responsible for daily maintenance
· supplier management：evaluate and manage the suppliers and trainers (including payment process)
· knowledge management：manage and share training materials, organize "knowledge share workshop".
· bachelor degree or higher
· have an intimate knowledge of soft-skill training to evaluate and choose the courses, trainers and training agencies effectively.
· outstanding team spirit, communication, organisation and implementation capability.
· high sense of responsibility, innovative and creative thinking.
· good knowledge of sap (hr module), microsoft office, visio.
· chinese native speaker and fluent in english, german is a plus.
